The Estates & Facilities Department is undergoing a 'digital transformation' of the estate, with digital systems enabling efficient and sustainable use of resources, high standard of customer service, effective project delivery, compliance with Government Policy and a safe and compliant estate. We are seeking an Estates Information & Systems Manager to design and implement an estates information & systems strategy, providing strategic leadership for the Estates & Facilities Department with respect to digital transformation and Smart Campus Initiatives.

The successful candidate will enhance interoperability across legacy, new and future systems and advance digital information management. They will work on their own initiative and resolve problems, using their experience and knowledge to deliver effective CAFM and integrated building information systems.

The role will involve delivering robust and effective systems, enhancing customer service and ensuring compliance with Government Policy. It will also involve working with stakeholders to advance digital information management and ensure a safe and compliant estate.

The salary for this position is based on the Administrative 1 (Points 1-6) Salary Scale (€68,181 - €107,959 per annum).
