Job Title: Site Building Inspector

Job Summary: We are seeking a seasoned professional with extensive experience in construction management to oversee capital projects on our estates. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, supervising and ensuring the smooth execution of major and minor works across various sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate the execution of complex capital works on diverse sites.
  • Develop and manage project budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness and adherence to agreed limits.
  • Determine maintenance requirements for properties, services and equipment.
  • Select qualified contractors and recommend tenders for acceptance.
  • Maintain strict compliance with health and safety regulations and approved procedures.

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree in Construction Management, Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years experience in a similar role.
  • Familiarity with contemporary construction management software and tools.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of building regulations and safety standards.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
