Job Title: Senior Software Development SpecialistJob Overview

This role involves driving the identification, evaluation, and adoption of rapid iterative and incremental software solutions within a Global Manufacturing organization.

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Development Specialist to work with diverse technologies and join our top-notch team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop scalable software solutions based on detailed business requirements and supported technology architecture.
  2. Demonstrate experience and proficiency in Java, GitHub Workflows, UI Framework Development, API Framework Development, Data Layer Development, Unit Testing, UI Experience with Angular, Solutions Architecture, Secured Development Patterns, Kubernetes/Dock Mobile Development Network, Azure/AWS/GCP.
  3. Actively engage in development team activities associated with brainstorming new solutions and refining current solutions.
  4. Possess technical depth and applied experience in multi-layer solution development, performance tuning, solution debug, incident triage/remediation, and usability improvement.
  5. Engage to identify and remediate software opportunities related to code quality, security, framework development, and software usability refinement.
  6. Proficiency in build/release automation solutions.
  7. Mentor & coach new and experienced software developers.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 6 years of professional full stack software development experience.
  2. Excellent technical (hands-on) knowledge of Java, SQL.
  3. Excellent technical (hands-on) knowledge of UI Frameworks (Angular, React).
  4. Proficient in multi-threaded development.
  5. Experience with Spring Boot.
  6. Experience with cloud platforms, K8/3, Docker and HPC platforms.
  7. Excellent understanding of software development best practices.
  8. Experience integrating applications with multiple enterprise level services.
  9. Experience designing, implementing, and optimizing production applications.
  10. Experience working in an agile environment.
  11. Extensive UI Design experience.

Nice to Have Experience:

  1. Experience working with production AI/ML models and pipelines.
  2. Object Store / S3 experience.
