Key Responsibilities

: Our ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in the development and execution of remediation strategies for cybersecurity risks, assessment findings, and control deficiencies. This includes facilitating cross-functional collaboration to ensure timely and effective resolution of risk items.

Core Competencies">
  • Support the development of remediation strategies that align with enterprise standards and regulatory expectations.
  • Collaborate with GCS, Risk Management, Internal Audit, Regulatory and Compliance teams to drive remediation efforts forward.
  • Contribute to the creation of dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools that provide visibility into remediation progress.
  • Promote enablement by embedding risk-informed practices into operational and technical workflows.
  • Guide remediation using technical knowledge to ensure smooth changes across the enterprise, while helping cross-functional teams understand and address risks.


Requirements">

Minimum Qualifications

:
  • 10 years of experience in cybersecurity, IT, or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of IT control or cybersecurity frameworks (NIST CSF, ISO 27001, COBIT or other relevant frameworks).
  • CISSP certification or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience working across diverse teams to resolve technical and operational challenges.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
