Manufacturing Process Improvement Specialist

A medical device manufacturer is seeking an experienced professional to support their operations on a 12-month contract.
Key Responsibilities:- Production Maintenance: Develop and implement maintenance plans for equipment, ensuring optimal performance and compliance. Manage maintenance schedules and resolve equipment issues.
- Process Improvement: Identify and lead projects to enhance product quality, efficiency, and reduce costs. Support investigations and regulatory submissions related to processes.
- Production Support: Install new equipment, design tooling, and define maintenance needs. Improve production flow and create standard work instructions.
- New Product Introduction: Lead the process development for new products, ensuring efficient manufacturing and meeting project timelines.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of medical device regulations (ISO, EU, FDA).
This role plays a critical part in enhancing the manufacturing process, ensuring high-quality products are produced efficiently and effectively.
