We are seeking an individual to fill a Part-Time Night Hatch Attendant role at our Tipperary Town Plaza location.

The Supermac's group operates key locations on busy road networks and motorways, including Supermac's, Papa John's, Supersubs, Macs Place Deli, a Retail Convenience Shop, customer seating, and motorway facilities for leisure, business, and truck commuters, with ample parking and services.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assist in supervising the site and operations during nighttime hours.
  • Ensure the hatch is manned at all times.
  • Communicate operational matters to daytime staff and provide proper handovers.
  • Provide high-quality and consistent customer service.
  • Carry out nighttime duties such as cleaning and servicing equipment, stocking, and maintaining product quality.

This role requires full flexibility to work nights (11 pm - 7 am).
