Electrical Panel Technician

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Panel Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical panel assembly and wiring, with excellent attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling electrical switchgear and related electromechanical equipment based on engineering drawings and production schedules. They will also maintain high-quality standards both in the factory and at customer premises, working from technical drawings, schematics, and manuals to ensure precise assembly.

A key responsibility of this role is to conduct mechanical and electrical maintenance, including site modifications and thermal imaging inspections. The candidate will also ensure a clean, safe working environment while adhering to company policies and procedures.

This position requires strong technical skills in wiring and assembling electrical panels, with the ability to read and follow schematic diagrams accurately. Experience in ensuring proper electrical connections and troubleshooting issues is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble electrical switchgear and related electromechanical equipment based on engineering drawings and production schedules.\
• Maintain high-quality standards both in the factory and at customer premises.\
• Conduct mechanical and electrical maintenance, including site modifications and thermal imaging inspections.\

• Perform testing of panels, including current injection testing.\
• Support and mentor team members, sharing technical expertise and best practices.\
• Report on any substandard, malfunctioning, or defective parts.\
• Select, measure, and modify components to ensure proper fit.\
• Carry out MTOs and order materials for allocated tasks, both internally and for site works.\
• Assemble prototype and development units in collaboration with supervisors and managers.\
• Conduct thermal imaging inspections and compile reports.\
• Adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations.\
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance technical knowledge and skills.\
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to a positive team culture.\
