Key Responsibilities:
  • Foster a culture of excellence in patient care by adhering to and following HIQA guidelines.
  • Lead and mentor the nursing team, ensuring they adhere to best practices and standards.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans, promoting high-quality patient outcomes.

Requirements:
  • Must be registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.

  • A minimum of 3 years of nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership or management position.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
