About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled engineer to lead and develop a team of professionals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
As a key member of our Engineering team, you will play a vital role in driving engagement activities, coaching and mentoring your colleagues, and contributing to the development of operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of engineers towards specific objectives
- Coach and mentor junior engineers to improve their skills and knowledge
- Develop and implement processes to improve department performance
- Contribute to continuous improvement activities
- Support the delivery of business unit KPIs
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Engineering or Science
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in a regulated manufacturing environment
- Good knowledge of GMP/FDA regulations and health and safety legislation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
