Job Description:

The Category Assistant role is a dynamic position that requires collaboration with various teams and stakeholders to drive business results.

  • Support the category manager in delivering sales and promotional plans for the beauty category.
  • Assist in setting up suppliers and product information on the company's system.
  • Provide exceptional store support by communicating effectively with store teams and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales performance reporting
  • Attendance at supplier meetings
  • Building relationships with counterparts in the UK to support plan cascading
Requirements:
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Experience using MS Excel
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Passion for beauty and retail
