Lead Artist Role

We are seeking an exceptional artist to join our team. As a Lead Artist, you will be responsible for showcasing exceptional artistry and building lasting customer relationships.

About the Role
  • You will lead by example, consistently achieving and exceeding personal sales goals and KPIs.
  • Create brand awareness through sharing and demonstrating strong product knowledge.
  • Proactively book appointments and maximize every consultation.
  • Extend exceptional customer service beyond the in-store experience, driving the customer database for direct marketing opportunities.
  • Be an inspiration to the team, demonstrating exceptional artistry and providing on-the-spot coaching and feedback to develop Retail Artists.
  • Fluency in makeup style, language, and expertise in product knowledge is essential.
  • Drive masterclasses and event activity in-store, ensuring appointments are fully booked.
  • Provide active support and initiative for counter events and new product launches, sharing ideas and creativity.
  • Maintain immaculate grooming standards, reflecting your makeup look and adhering to established guidelines.
Your Skills and Qualifications
  • Passionate about the beauty industry.
  • Engaging and personable with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience as an artist with a proven track record in driving personal sales.
  • Customer-facing experience and social media presence are highly valued.
  • Ability to manage and plan in-store events effectively.
