Developing a globally distributed analytics backend is an exciting opportunity for experienced engineers. The role requires maintainance and evolution of the platform, which plays a critical role in supporting revenue optimisation and data-driven decision-making workflows across the company.

The team is responsible for developing and maintaining our internal analytics and data pipeline platform, Argus. This platform helps online publishers maximise their ad revenue through programmatic advertising and advanced monetization solutions.

A senior engineer will be owning and improving C# microservices that process, enrich, and route data. Responsibilities include managing horizontal scaling, performance tuning, and DB sharding.

A successful candidate will have strong skills in C#, relational databases (especially PostgreSQL), and hands-on experience with Kubernetes and containerised deployments. They should also have an ownership mindset — capable of driving architectural decisions.

In this role, you will be collaborating with DevOps and frontend teams to support new data use-cases. System health monitoring with Prometheus and Grafana is also a key responsibility.

Key requirements include 8+ years of backend experience and knowledge of ClickHouse.
