Hospitality Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Back of House Manager to lead our team at myGwork - LGBTQ+ Business Community. As a key member of our hospitality operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our kitchen and back-of-house areas.

You will work closely with our Food Safety Manager to uphold strict hygiene and safety regulations, manage our team of stewards and team leaders, and control inventory of cleaning supplies.

• Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and protocols to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Train and supervise staff on cleaning procedures and best practices.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless kitchen and food service operations.
