About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of sales quotes and contracts throughout the deal lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop in-depth knowledge of all products, systems, contracting, and ordering flows.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with multiple business units needed to ensure deals are operationally supportable before contract signature.
  • Lead various deal calls, defining and managing the quoting and contracting timelines from deal kickoff to order submission.
  • Create quotes/orders in any system required.
  • Ensure efficiency and accuracy of all quotes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience.
  • Fluency in English, written and spoken.
  • Experience working in a Sales or RFP environment.
