Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing site and network supply planning strategies to meet customer requirements, securing continuity of supply, and optimizing business value.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and manage Site and Network Supply Planning strategies to deliver on customer commitments, secure continuity of supply, and optimize business value.
  • Support the site S&OP process and SKPT Global Planning processes.
  • Act as relationship manager for a sub-set of vendors, leading supplier relationship management and evaluating performance.
  • Embed Risk Management processes to enable the business to leverage supplier capabilities and reduce supply risk exposure.
  • Foster a culture centered on delivery, learning, and innovation, and advocate for continuous improvement of Supply Chain processes and systems.
  • Build effective collaboration with SKPT Global Supply Chain stakeholders to drive value creation and realize benefit.
  • Lead Supply Chain elements of annual Budget and quarterly Forecasting processes.
  • Define, monitor, and report KPIs for supply chain efficiency, suppliers' performance, and customer satisfaction.
  • Leverage data analytics, forecasting tools, and digital technologies to drive informed decision-making, enhance supply chain visibility, and continuously improve operational performance.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Chemistry, or Engineering.
  • Demonstrated track-record of achievement in a dynamic Supply Chain planning context.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead change.
  • CUSTOMER FOCUS AND GOOD PROBLEM SOLVING SKILLS.
  • Good working knowledge of SAP.
