Enterprise Risk Manager Dublin

This role will drive strategic risk program enhancements for KKR's AIFM in Dublin, Ireland. As a highly motivated and experienced Risk Officer, you will oversee operational risks across the firm, ensuring appropriate policies and practices are in place.

  • Implement & advance KKR AIFM's Operational Risk Management framework, collaborating with designated persons to conduct delegate oversight requirements.
  • Provide oversight of operational risks, identifying, assessing, and prioritizing risks while escalating issues to management.
  • Ensure a robust risk management framework, including a risk appetite statement, risk profile, and policies & procedures for all relevant EMEA entities.
  • Execute ongoing management, maintenance, and embedding of the operational risk framework, covering emerging regulations, risk policies, and related reporting.
  • Assist with preparation of Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process (ICAAP) and Recovery Plan.
