Key Responsibilities:

  • Support clients in understanding the value of their business and shareholdings, as well as intangible assets.
  • Develop and document complex business models to help clients make informed decisions about managing capital and transactions.
  • Work effectively as a team member by sharing responsibility, providing support, maintaining communication, and updating senior members on progress.
  • Apply and document complex valuations methodologies.
  • Design, develop, and document complex business models.
  • Review Excel models under supervision and arrive at preliminary conclusions.

Requirements:

Qualifications: Chartered Accountant or equivalent qualification.

Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience.

Education: Minimum 2.1 degree with a preference for numeric subjects.

Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal skills and client focus.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organization and self-management skills.
