Job Summary:
Red Chair Recruitment is seeking a skilled Heavy Machinery Fitter to join our team. As a Heavy Machinery Fitter, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing construction plant equipment to a high standard.

Main Responsibilities:
• Maintenance and repair of heavy machinery and equipment
• Servicing and inspection of equipment to ensure compliance with safety standards
• Training and supervision of apprentices in the use and maintenance of heavy machinery
• Ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of equipment maintenance and repairs

Requirements:
• 3+ years experience as a qualified mechanic/plant fitter
• Experience working with generators advantageous
• Strong understanding of hydraulics and electrics
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Valid driver's license
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
