Job Description:

Client Account Manager Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, building and maintaining positive relationships, and driving business growth through strategic and tactical projects. You will work closely with our internal teams to execute agreed work, manage client expectations, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality services.

  • Manage a portfolio of clients and develop strategies to drive business growth.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients at various levels.
  • Work closely with internal teams to execute agreed work and deliver high-quality services.
  • Manage client expectations and provide regular updates on project progress.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services to existing clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience working in an ecommerce environment.
  • A minimum of 2 years' previous experience handling multiple client accounts.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to articulate projects and work clearly and concisely.
  • Organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
