Store Operations Manager


Job Description:

As a Store Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading the store team to achieve exceptional customer service and sales results. Your primary responsibility will be to motivate and lead the team by example, demonstrating a driven approach to sales and consistently delivering outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example, demonstrating a highly determined drive for sales and exceptional customer service at all times.
  • Continuously communicate with and motivate the team to ensure they are well-equipped to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Be the first point of contact for the store when liaising across internal departments.
  • Coach the team to ensure that product knowledge, company policies, and our brand values are reviewed and considered at all times.
  • Manage people-related activities, working in liaison with HR and senior management.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports for senior management.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Exceptional communication and coaching skills.
  • A proven track record as a people manager and team player.
  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
  • Proficient Microsoft Office user, with an easy ability to learn in-house systems.
  • The ability to use your own initiative and escalate issues to senior management when necessary.
