Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized support plans tailored to each service user's unique needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to design and deliver engaging group workshops and activities that cater to the diverse interests and abilities of service users.
  • Provide personalized care and assistance with daily living tasks, including personal care requirements.
  • Ensure the safe transportation of service users, following established transport safety protocols.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 completed modules of QQI level 5 (Major Award) Care Support or similar qualification is essential.
  • Previous experience working with people with disabilities is required.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Health and Safety regulations and transport safety standards is necessary.
