In this role, you will be part of a remote-co-located team that values innovation and anchors in its core values. You will be responsible for driving the best possible user experience through process improvement, order management, and problem-solving.

Main Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences across various communication channels.
  • Analyze and resolve complex customer complaints and concerns.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of Whatnot's product offerings and operational processes.
  • Build strong working relationships with internal teams to facilitate efficient issue resolution.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and implement improvements.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of support experience handling email and/or chat services.
  • Weekend availability required.
  • Fluency in English and French, with an understanding of the French Market.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce and marketplace operations.
  • Experience with customer-facing systems like Zendesk, Kustomer, or Intercom.
  • Customer-centric approach and obsession with delivering excellent customer experiences.
  • Proactive problem-solving and process-improvement skills.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Previous start-up experience is a plus.
