Asset Management Specialist">

Our client is seeking a highly skilled Asset Management Specialist to oversee the maintenance function and drive performance, quality, and safety across their manufacturing site.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on knowledge in multiple trades (e.g., welding, electrical, PLC programming) and excellent leadership, problem-solving, computer, and analytical abilities.

  • Lead, train, and develop the maintenance team to ensure knowledge and skills remain at industry standards.
  • Administer the CMMS maintenance program, including adding equipment, creating & updating preventive maintenance tasks, and analysing performance data.
  • Monitor the quality of maintenance across the site, conducting inspections to ensure work meets GMP and safety standards.
  • Partner with project management teams to deliver site projects on time and within budget.
  • Uphold a positive, professional culture by fostering strong relationships with colleagues, vendors, and stakeholders.

For this role, you will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of the maintenance department and ensuring all company-owned assets are properly maintained.
