The Role

We are seeking a talented individual to lead our digital team in Dublin. The successful candidate will define and implement our digital strategy, developing a best-in-class digital customer experience.

You will report to the MD of Tn Ireland and be part of a senior leadership team, working with stakeholders across the wider RSA organisation to deliver real business change.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic business leadership and definition and implementation of our digital strategy
  • Lead digital innovation and cultural adoption, working with teams across the business to generate innovative digital solutions
  • Own the digital programme of work, liaising with key stakeholders to define, evaluate, prioritise and deliver the digital portfolio
  • Build strong relationships across the organisation, including Technology, Data and Analytics, Underwriting, Finance, Regulatory, Compliance and Operations
  • Lead in Agile ways of working, delivering against business priorities and constantly seeking efficiencies
  • Be an advocate for digital, influencing the organisation in the area of digital transformation and business change
  • Lead a Digital Team in the areas of UX, journey design, analytics, product ownership and co-ordinating cross-functional teams to deliver digital products and services
  • Lead resource planning, management, reporting and coordination of digital initiatives to deliver change in line with availability and business requirements
  • Work with the IT, Operations, Marketing and Sales teams to coordinate requests for estimation and resourcing for projects which are linked to or impact the digital strategy
  • Lead and manage the annual digital team's budget and delivery roadmap, articulating and quantifying the strategic value of the portfolio
  • Manage relationships with 3rd Party partner agencies to ensure we deliver best in class Digital CX design
  • Work with the IT and data analyst teams to regularly monitor and review site performance against agreed KPIs
  • Engage with and report to key stakeholders, including the Executive Team in RSA and Tn Ireland on Digital strategy implementation
