At Full Stack Energy, we are seeking an experienced Office Operations Manager to support our customers, engineering and operations team, sales, and accounts.

About the Role
  • This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment to manage the day-to-day operations of our office.
Key Responsibilities
  1. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the office, including first contact for visitors, clients, and employees (onsite and over the phone).
  2. They will also be responsible for health and safety coordination, general administrative support, accepting post and deliveries, ordering supplies, and logging invoices.
  3. In addition, they will assist with bookings and events, check accuracy of orders and invoices, process and track purchase orders, and support sales invoicing and supplier payments.
  4. They will also be responsible for developing and adhering to KPIs in line with best practice and performing ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Fluent written and spoken English language skills are essential.
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in customer support, administration, or sales/purchasing administration or office management is required.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, along with excellent organizational, planning, and prioritization skills, are necessary.
  • The ideal candidate will have proven ability to work to deadlines, be adaptable, and multitask, with a high level of dedication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
  • Detailed knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is required, as well as comfort with technology and ability to perform tasks methodically and consistently.
