Job OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced baker to join our team on a full-time basis. This is an early-morning role, focused on producing a high standard of fresh baked goods each day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing and baking a variety of products including sourdoughs, traditional breads, scones, muffins, buns, and cakes
- Maintaining consistent quality and presentation standards
- Working efficiently as part of a small, supportive team
- Ensuring a clean, safe, and organized workspace
Requirements:
- Strong experience in bread making, with a particular focus on sourdough
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good time management skills and reliability for early starts
