Key ResponsibilitiesThe Disability Care Coordinator will oversee three HIQA registered residential homes, ensuring standards and guidelines are upheld within the Designated Centre. This role involves managing staff teams, promoting the wellbeing of those supported, and driving change management to enhance independence and personal development. The successful candidate will work closely with multidisciplinary groups to support and progress each individual to reach their full potential.
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Liaising with external stakeholders to negotiate and resolve issues.
- Managing budgets and allocating resources to meet service needs.
- Auditing and reviewing service delivery to identify areas for improvement.
- Third-level qualification in Social Care or a related discipline.
- Management qualification or equivalent experience.
- Full clean driver's license and access to own vehicle.
- Four years recent experience in the social care/disability sector.
- Eligibility for CORU registration.
