Job Title: Relief Chef

About the Job: Our team is expanding in Dublin North and we are looking for experienced Relief Chefs to join us.

Description: We offer excellent pay rates with flexible working hours, making it an ideal opportunity for those who want to work on a part-time or full-time basis. Our chefs have the chance to work in various venues such as hotels, hospitals, restaurants, contract catering units, and special event venues.

Responsibilities: As a Relief Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food in accordance with current food hygiene regulations and guidelines. You must provide a high standard of catering to meet the needs of our clients and their customers. You will also be expected to maintain up-to-date HACCP and Manual Handling certifications (we can provide training for these). Additionally, you must have valid work permits to work full-time in Ireland without restrictions.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you must be a good team player, passionate about creating high-quality food, and able to work under pressure. You must also provide points of contact for references from previous chef roles.

  • Valid work permits to work full-time in Ireland without restrictions
