Job Title: Senior Road Construction Engineer

Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Road Construction Engineer to join our team. As a Senior Road Construction Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of road construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

About the Role:

  • Lead the planning, design, and implementation of road construction projects, including infrastructure development and upgrade programs.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans to ensure timely completion and profitability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, including health and safety protocols.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in road construction engineering, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to lead and motivate teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and engineering software, including AutoCAD and ArcGIS.
