Job Title: Dedicated Healthcare Professional

My Homecare is recruiting for a skilled nurse who will work one-on-one with children in their own homes in Sligo. This role involves providing personalized care and support to enable individuals to live safely and independently.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with children, be compassionate, and able to work autonomously. They must also possess excellent communication skills and be willing to undergo any required training.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing direct nursing care to children in their own homes
  • Administering medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals
  • Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing and dressing
  • Maintaining accurate records of patient care and progress

Required Qualifications:

  • Nursing degree or diploma from a recognized institution
  • Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI)
  • Experience working with children, preferably in a homecare setting
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
