We are seeking a skilled and compassionate dual qualified nurse to join our team at UPMC Kildare Hospital. As a member of our nursing team, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality, patient-centred care to patients and their families.

About the Role:

This is a full-time, permanent position that requires the successful candidate to work as part of a dynamic and supportive team of nurses at UPMC Kildare Hospital. The ideal candidate will be a registered General & Paediatric nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI), with surgical experience and evidence of ongoing CPD.

  • To develop and maintain good relationships with all members of the multi-disciplinary team">
  • To work closely with nursing colleagues, developing innovative practice within the unit delivering evidence-based care">
  • To accept responsibility and be accountable for the holistic care of a named group of patients on a shift basis">
  • To ensure that the highest possible standards of patient care and patient safety are maintained at all times">

Nursing Qualifications:

A valid registration as a General & Paediatric nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI)

Experience:

Surgical experience is essential for this role
