About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to design, implement, and manage our data architecture and analytics framework. This position will ensure our data systems align with business objectives, enhance decision-making, and drive customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Architecture Design: Develop, maintain, and optimize data architecture and models to support organizational goals, ensuring scalability and performance. Create effective data flows and ETL processes for data integration from various sources.
  • Data Management: Implement and oversee data governance frameworks to ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance. Monitor and resolve issues in data storage and database performance.
  • Data Analysis: Perform complex data analysis and reporting to support business initiatives, providing actionable insights. Develop dashboards and visualizations to communicate key metrics.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with IT, business units, and external partners to align data architecture with business needs. Facilitate workshops to identify data requirements and strategies.

  • ETL Tools: Informatica, Talend, Nifi
  • Data Visualization Tools: Tableau, Power BI, Looker

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, or related field; Master's preferred
  • Minimum [X] years of experience in data architecture, analysis, and database management
