About Your New Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical support and services to our clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Responding promptly to support tickets via phone, email, or CRM system
  • Troubleshooting, resolving, and documenting technical issues across Windows, Google Workspace, and networked environments
  • Installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware, operating systems, software, and peripherals
  • Monitoring and maintaining on-prem and cloud-hosted servers (e.g. Hyper-V, Azure)
  • Delivering small-scale IT projects (e.g. network upgrades, server replacements) in collaboration with senior technical staff
  • Providing technical input and support for client onboarding processes and solution design
  • Maintaining accurate technical documentation and participating in quality assurance processes (ISO 9001 in progress)
  • Contributing to ongoing improvement of client satisfaction and service delivery
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar IT support/field engineer role
  • Confident working across Microsoft 365 (Admin Centre, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) and Google Workspace environments
  • Familiarity with IP networks, switching, VLANs, and DNS/DHCP principles
  • Hands-on experience with Windows Server, Hyper-V, Intune, and Azure is an advantage
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – comfortable working with teachers, principals, and school ICT coordinators
  • Self-starter with strong time management and a desire to deliver quality outcomes
  • Full clean driving licence and willingness to travel
