Job Title:

The Occupational Health Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the well-being of employees, patients, and visitors across the organization.

This critical position requires a proven track record in health and safety management, with a deep understanding of relevant regulations and best practices.

  • Conducting regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement;
  • Developing and implementing training programs to educate staff on health and safety procedures;

  • Investigating incidents and making recommendations for improvement;
  • Providing expert advice on health and safety matters to senior management teams;

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess a strong knowledge of health and safety regulations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with diverse groups. A Bachelor's degree in occupational health and safety or a related field is required, with a Master's degree or equivalent preferred. Professional certifications such as NEBOSH or IOSH are highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, candidates must have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in occupational health and safety or a related field;
  • A Master's degree or equivalent preferred;
