Job Title: Senior Care Professional

  • Directly supervise and develop staff members to ensure best practice is implemented.
  • Collaborate with senior management to maintain exceptional standards in line with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop strategies to enhance the well-being and life opportunities of young people in our care.

Applicants must have:

  • Expertise in child protection principles and be able to offer guidance and leadership to colleagues.
  • A degree in a relevant field, alongside 3 years of experience working in residential childcare settings.
  • A full clean driving license (desired).
