
Transformation Programme Lead

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of large-scale transformation projects, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365. This role offers the opportunity to take full ownership of end-to-end implementations, driving successful outcomes and acting as a trusted advisor.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality programme outcomes, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Mobilise project teams, define scopes of work, and manage project timelines.
- Coordinate communication and alignment between on-site and offshore teams, leveraging diverse skill sets.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to integration and data migration, ensuring seamless project execution.
- Guide stakeholders through all phases of the Validate–Construct–Deploy journey, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Shape delivery and release strategies, offering pragmatic solutions to business constraints and challenges.
- Anticipate project issues, propose mitigations, and maintain delivery schedules.
- Identify opportunities for further business growth within existing accounts, leveraging market trends and competitor analysis.
- Support wider market engagement activities, including proposal development and business strategy formulation.
- Mentor, develop, and grow the skills of junior team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning.
- Establish trusted relationships and position yourself as a strategic advisor to stakeholders, influencing decision-making and outcomes.
- Proven track record in technology and transformation project management, working across business and IT teams.
- Experience delivering in both Agile and Waterfall environments, with expertise in SDLC and systems integration.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, including Finance and CE modules, with extensive hands-on experience.
- Solid understanding of integration, data migration, and ERP development lifecycles, with exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Background in working with multi-disciplinary, geographically dispersed teams, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ambitious, proactive, and outcome-focused, comfortable working in fast-changing environments, with strong project tool expertise.
- Recognised project management qualifications, such as Prince2 or PMP, with consulting experience or experience delivering to multiple clients/customers highly desirable.
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in a similar role, with a proven ability to drive business growth and deliver results.
