About the Position

Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of procurement strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure high-quality products and services.
  • Analyze market trends and supplier capabilities to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and manage RFPs, contracts, and other procurement documents.
  • Evaluate and negotiate supplier agreements to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management.
  • Proven track record of driving cost savings and revenue growth through strategic sourcing initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA or advanced degree in supply chain management or related field.
  • Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM) designation.
  • Project management certification, such as PMP or PRINCE2.
