Role Overview
At BOC Gases Ireland Ltd, we are seeking a skilled Relief Sales and Service Driver to join our team. As a key member of our sales and service department, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer service, managing territories, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver Sureserve products and services to customers across the hospitality industry in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Manage an assigned territory to optimize delivery frequency, cylinder volumes, and stocks through TMT with weekly planning done in advance.
  • Work towards daily delivery targets set on each route by planning and interacting with customers.
  • Conduct surveys and service activities while promoting the sale of all Sureserve products.
  • Ensure cylinders on customer premises are secure, produce and check customer delivery documentation, and maintain high levels of cleanliness at depots.

Requirements:
  • A high level of commitment to safety and the well-being of colleagues, customers, and communities.
  • Demonstrate self-motivation, flexibility, and a high level of customer service.
  • At least three years' multi-drop experience in a Class C vehicle or above, with a full and clean driving license (Class C), valid ADR license, and up-to-date CPC.
  • Experience operating a forklift and basic computer skills.
