About the Role:

We are looking for a talented and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our Teamworx Kildare store team. As a key member of the store leadership team, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in driving sales and achieving performance-related targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Store Manager in driving sales and achieving performance-related targets.
  • Lead by example on the shop floor, delivering a premium, personalised service to every customer.
  • Assist in the day-to-day running of the store, including opening/closing, stock control, and visual merchandising.
  • Motivate, coach, and develop the team to ensure high levels of engagement and performance.
  • Take ownership of key operational areas, ensuring brand standards and compliance are consistently maintained.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within a fashion or lifestyle retail environment.
  • Strong customer service focus with a genuine passion for people and style.
  • Energetic, hands-on, and commercially aware, with the ability to influence and lead a team.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
