Telefundraising Specialist

We are looking for a talented Telefundraising Specialist to join our team at Concern Worldwide. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Public Affairs Department on various projects by contacting donors to discuss cash/regular giving donations and non-financial support.

Key Responsibilities:

• To complete Telemarketing campaigns and reach key performance indicators.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• A background in fundraising.
• Min 6-12 months telesales & customer service experience, preferably in a contact centre or telesales role.
• Previous experience of working to and exceeding targets.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work in a team.
• Excellent planning and organisational skills and a desire to develop in the role by engaging in training and accepting feedback and supervision from management.
• Strong negotiation and objection handling skills.
• Good IT skills with knowledge of MS Office, in-house databases, and the Internet, and able to analyse information.
• Friendly and professional telephone manner.
