Key Responsibilities:

  • Process subscriptions, ensuring all necessary documentation is in place and transactions are accurately recorded.
  • Handle redemptions by reviewing requests, verifying signatories and bank details, and entering redemption on the system.

Critical Communication Skills:

  • Communicate investor activity and fund performance with both investors and clients.
  • Distribute statements and payment notifications as required.
  • Risk Management:
  • Identify and report any unusual or suspicious transaction activity.

Successful candidates will possess strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is essential. Analytical skills and ability to meet deadlines under pressure are also crucial.
