**Job Title:** Senior Manager - Production 100-110K

About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic leader to drive operational excellence in a cutting-edge manufacturing environment. As the Senior Manager, you will take full responsibility for people, quality, customer service, and cost performance within a high-profile production unit.

About You: To be successful in this role, you will need strong leadership and people development skills, with expertise in Operational Excellence, Lean Manufacturing, and systems thinking. You should have a high level of organizational awareness and business acumen, as well as proficiency in manufacturing line layout and flow design.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the strategic plan for the Production Unit in collaboration with Engineering, Quality, and other cross-functional partners.
  • Lead and support Lean and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, quality, efficiency, and cost performance.
  • Partner with Finance, HR, Quality, and Production Planning to optimize departmental performance and foster strong employee engagement and communication.
  • Manage staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet production demands while cultivating cross-functional relationships.
  • Cultivate a risk-aware culture, proactively addressing potential issues that could impact production or product quality.
