Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Global Supply Chain Leader to join our team at Cpl Resources - Limerick. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our EU Supply Chain operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and driving continuous improvement across the supply chain.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Ensure Compliance: Ensure compliance with Environmental, Health and Safety policies and procedures in all operational areas, implementing EHS site standards to support safety, environment, and occupational health goals, and maintaining certification to ISO.
  • Lead EU Supply Chain Operations: Lead EU Product Demand/Supply Planning, Procurement, Order/Invoice management, setting EU supply chain standards, delivery expectations, process design, and system implementation as performance criteria for all personnel.
  • Partner with US and India Teams: Partner with US and India teams and 3rd party service providers (CMO, Logistics) to ensure continuous supply of designated EU responsible products from manufacturing network to market distribution centres.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement across the supply chain, ensuring all activities meet organisational requirements for delivery, cGMP, quality management, health and safety, legal regulations & codes of practice, environmental policies, and general duty of care.
  • Lead EU Global Management & Governance: Establish and execute global EU IP Product Management and Governance process with focus on product development and capacity investment, demand/supply performance, quality compliance, financial performance, and decision-making oversight.
  • Ensure Quality Compliance: Ensure compliance with the Amneal EU Quality System and ensure all supply chain deliverables are in compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
  • Prepare for Audits: Ensure successful HPRA and FDA/Regulatory inspections by consistently delivering a high level of quality compliance and maintaining the supply chain areas, systems, and processes in an 'audit readiness' status.
  • Measure and Analyse Performance: Measure and analyse process performance, lead continuous improvement programs, and deliver highest levels of supply chain performance demonstrated through benchmark supply chain performance data.
