Job Description:

As a dedicated test analyst, you will be responsible for scrutinizing requirements, developing comprehensive test plans and reports, and refining software development test processes to ensure the highest level of product quality. You will collaborate closely with a highly collaborative DevOps team to design scalable and maintainable test solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review requirements and create detailed test scenarios
  • Execute test scenarios and record actions and results
  • Maintain a thorough defect register and collate test results
  • Report progress to senior test analysts and contribute to release testing activities
  • Develop and execute automated tests, participating in agile scrum ceremonies

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Test Analysts should possess at least 3 years' experience in a Software Development or Testing environment, primarily in Automation. Key qualifications include automation test experience, effective participation as part of an Agile Scrum Team, and excellent communication skills. A university degree or equivalent, preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or similar, is desirable.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Strong test automation skills
  • Familiarity with test management tools (preferably Octane)
  • Experience in areas such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Selenium, Playwright, Java, Python, SQL testing and automation, network and performance testing
