About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join our team in Beaumont Hospital's Chief Executive's Office. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the Chief Executive, including managing correspondence, coordinating meetings, and maintaining records.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing exceptional administrative support in a fast-paced environment, with excellent communication and organizational skills. They will be able to build strong relationships with senior personnel and stakeholders, and possess the ability to work effectively under pressure. Experience working in a hospital setting is an advantage.

The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks, including responding to correspondence, managing diaries, and maintaining accurate records. They will also be required to coordinate meetings, prepare presentations, and provide administrative support to the Chief Executive as needed.
