This role presents a fantastic opportunity for a solicitor with 1-6 years' PQE to work on complex, cutting-edge deals and gain exposure to the most exciting corporate opportunities in the market.

The Role:

- Providing strategic legal counsel on corporate governance, restructurings, and private equity matters to multinational corporations, private equity firms, and institutional investors.
- Collaborating closely with top-tier clients on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, including drafting and negotiating key transaction documents.

Key Responsibilities:

- Advising clients on high-value corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures.
- Drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and other documentation related to corporate transactions.

Requirements:

- 1-6 years' PQE with a strong background in Corporate/M&A law.
