An international law firm with a top-tier reputation is seeking an associate with 2-5 years of PQE to join its Dublin-based Financial Services practice.

About the Role

This position offers the opportunity to advise leading global asset managers and financial institutions on complex and high-value work.

  • Structuring and managing alternative investment funds across hedge, private equity, real estate, and closed-end strategies.
  • Advising on UCITS and ETFs.
  • Providing regulatory guidance to management companies, AIFMs, UCITS firms, MiFID entities, and investment managers.
The Practice

The Dublin team is part of a well-established international platform, recognised across Europe, the US, Asia, and the Middle East for its expertise in funds and financial regulation.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Qualified Irish solicitor with solid funds or investment management experience.
  • Strong legal drafting and technical skills, with excellent attention to detail.
  • A proactive, commercial mindset and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong communication skills with the confidence to engage clients and colleagues across multiple jurisdictions.
