Job Summary:

Gong is seeking a highly experienced Digital Marketing Manager to scale paid search and social programs across Google, LinkedIn, and Meta. As a key member of the Growth Marketing team, you will report to the Director of Digital Growth and collaborate with the paid social lead to drive full-funnel performance—generating pipeline, accelerating deal velocity, and uncovering new growth opportunities across priority business segments.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Own and execute paid social campaigns across LinkedIn and Meta—from audience targeting and creative testing to optimization and reporting.
  • Manage paid search in partnership with our agency, providing direction on keyword strategy, campaign structure, and efficiency improvements.
  • Track and analyze performance across channels—measuring CPC, CTR, CVR, pipeline contribution, and ROAS—to inform spend and strategy.
  • Use tools like Demandbase, 6sense, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager to target high-priority accounts with precision.
  • Launch and iterate on full-funnel campaigns aligned to segment goals (brand, demand, expansion).
  • Collaborate with ABM, Content, Creative, and Sales to ensure message-market fit for custom audiences.
  • Identify and operationalize test-and-learn opportunities; contribute insights to campaign recaps and readouts.

Requirements:
  • 6–10 years of B2B digital marketing experience, with a strong focus on paid search and paid social execution and optimization.
  • Hands-on expertise in LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and audience tools like Demandbase and 6sense.
  • Proven ability to drive measurable results across awareness, demand, and in-funnel acceleration.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience tying campaign performance to business outcomes.
  • Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with content, creative, and sales teams.
  • Ability to work alongside agency partners while driving in-house strategy and accountability.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Marketo, Google Analytics, and Tableau.
