Maintenance Director

This is a key leadership role within our Engineering organization, responsible for coordinating and directing all activities associated with maintenance, continuous improvement, and reliability excellence.

• Collaborate effectively with site stakeholders to achieve maintenance goals and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Oversee day-to-day maintenance activities and manage resources to meet objectives.
• Lead a team of craft technicians, maintenance technicians, and apprentices in a high-potency API facility.
• Promote equipment uptime improvements and participate in continuous improvement programs.
• Train, coach, and develop individual team members to achieve personal and organizational success.

• Hold a third-level qualification in an engineering, manufacturing, or science discipline, or demonstrate equivalent maintenance experience.
• Exhibit excellent leadership, communication, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills.
• Analyze information from different stakeholder perspectives to support timely decision-making.
• Plan, prioritize, and manage resources to meet deadlines and produce quality deliverables.
• Liaise and coordinate with site third-party maintenance providers.
• Understand equipment design features and operation of equipment used in API manufacture and utility plant equipment.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma tools to drive continuous improvement.
• Budget management experience to achieve targets.
• Familiarity with GMP/EHS guidelines and Plant Maintenance systems.
