Office and Service Delivery Manager

The Office and Service Delivery Manager will be responsible for the overall management of our office operations, including customer support and service delivery. Key responsibilities include managing the customer support desk, coordinating site visits, and ensuring timely scheduling and invoicing. The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining installation records, providing general administrative support to the team, and developing and adhering to KPIs.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Fluent written and spoken English
Minimum 4 years' experience in customer support or administration
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Organizational, planning, and prioritization skills
Ability to work under pressure and multitask
